    AVEQIA is a top-class restaurant and a unique social event. Guests are treated to an engaging evening cooking a four course menu led by gourmet, internationally renowned chefs using the highest quality ingredients. Guests then are able to sit down and enjoy their own culinary masterpieces, accompanied by wines chosen by the house sommelier, in a relaxed and entertaining atmosphere.

    AVEQIA is a unique venue perfect for team building, client entertaining, and Christmas parties with a difference! There are a number of meeting rooms if you’d like to combine an evening or lunch cooking with a conference, including access to wireless internet, a projector and whiteboard.

    Located in the heart of the City, the brand new luxury premises is a combination of a high-end restaurant and exclusive home kitchen. The kitchens and dining rooms can be used individually for smaller groups of up to 20 guests or adjoined to suit groups of up to eighty people.

    The layout makes it easy to wander between the kitchen islands with a glass of wine in your hand, whether you want to learn something, mingle and meet people, or just eat something really good. The in-house bar is available until the early hours to use for wine, rum or Champagne tastings or just the end to a perfect evening.

    Renowned chef David Berggren has cooked for Royalty, Heads of State, leading businessmen and some of the most discerning taste buds. When working at the five-star Cellars Hohenort hotel in South Africa he was asked by a guest eating in the restaurant to come out of the kitchen and present the food. David was delighted to share with the guest the secret of their experience and scribbled down the recipe on a napkin.

    In the following weeks more and more enquiries from curious guests came into the kitchen wanting to meet the chef, share knowledge and ask questions. And so AVEQIA was formed: a high-end restaurant and cookery experience combined, where guests could cook their food together with the chefs.
