One Mayfair Extended Until Late 2015

One Mayfair, one of the West End’s most sought after venues, has been a stalwart of the events scene ever since it opened its doors in 2009. Popular with everyone from private clients to luxury brands, One Events are delighted to announce that this beautiful, deconsecrated church is going to remain open as an event space until at least October 2015 (this may even be delayed further).

Formerly known as St Mark’s Church and dating back to 1825, One Mayfair was originally built to increase the number of available ‘church-sittings’ in the area, following a boom in Mayfair’s popularity and a subsequent increase in aristocrats seeking city-residences. Changes were made to the church in 1878 by Sir Arthur Bloomfield adding the vaulted ceiling and more gothic features. It was then extensively refurbished and restored by One Events to transform it into the stunning events venue it is today.
