With Christmas just around the corner, here are five of London’s best Christmas markets to visit this year, some of which will remain open until early January.

1 – Christmas in Leicester Square, West End
Following on from the success of its 2016 Christmas market, Leicester Square will be holding another one in 2017, with over two-dozen fantastic stalls selling great food, drinks and festive gifts. Listen to the Underbelly cabaret singing all your favourite Christmas tunes from the wooden home known as the Spiegeltent.
Leicester Square’s Christmas market is open from 10th November until 6th January.
2 – The London Bridge City Christmas Market
Head to London Bridge’s buzzing Christmas Market where you’ll find nearly 70 independent traders serving superb craft beers, Christmas cocktails, mulled wine, hand-crafted gifts, and more festive treats. Enjoy stunning views of the City skyline, Tower Bridge and the Tower of London.
The London Bridge Christmas Market will be open from 30th November to 3rd January.
3 – Winter Wonderland, Hyde Park
Come to Hyde Park for another spectacular Winter Wonderland, with charming grottos, fairground rides, beautiful Alpine-style huts, and plenty of delicious festive food and treats. This year, the market goes one step further by introducing the Magical Ice Kingdom Deep Sea Adventure with its wonderful ice and snow sculptures.
Winter Wonderland will be open daily from 17th November to New Year’s Day.
4 – The Greenwich Winter Time Festival
This year, Greenwich will celebrating the Winter Time Festival, when the Old Royal Naval College near Cutty Sark will be transformed into a Christmas wonderland. Go on an adrenaline-boosting skating session on the covered ice rink, then head to the food stalls for some mouthwatering mince pies and a glass or two of mulled wine.
The Greenwich Winter Time Festival will be held from 22nd November to 24th December.
5 – The Southbank Centre Winter Festival, Southbank
With fun pop-ups and more great food and drink, the Southbank Centre Winter Festival is the perfect spot to take in the festive atmosphere near Waterloo Bridge. It’s also within walking distance of the famous OXO2 restaurant and events space, which is one of Venueseeker’s most popular venues for a Christmas party in London.
