Following on from Angel, Soho and Shoreditch, the next Barrio offering will be opening in Brixton next month. Taking inspiration from the local markets, arcades, brewers and distillers of Brixton, the bar will be serving up tequila, mezcal, piscos, cachacas as well as brewery-fresh copper tank beer, local beers and Latin craft beers.
Executive Chef, Ernesto Paiva will focusing on Anticuchos at the new Barrio outpost. These are a Peruvian dish: skewers of spiced, marinated meats that are sold from street carts in Lima.
Eclectic features such as the vintage caravan will be found alongside reclaimed materials, upcycled furniture to create a colourful, playful interior.
