The O2 is one of London’s most recognisable landmarks, located near the Thames on Greenwich peninsula. Building Six within the facility offers much flexibility with its multiple interconnected rooms located over three levels. This venue can hold up to 3,000 standing guests and up to 300 seated for a formal dinner.
Building Six’s main floor is equipped with strobe lighting and a Body Kinetic dance floor, thus making it the ultimate party room. An outdoor terrace level is also included and serves as a smoking area or simply a great space for relaxing after dancing the night away.
The Ranger’s House is a beautiful Georgian home with roots dating back to the early 1700s. The interior is best known for its gallery, which has been the site of countless exchanged wedding vows. The walled Garden, Stone Hall, and the Ranger’s Room are other sections that can be utilised for hosting a party reminiscent of those enjoyed by the elite of the 18th and 19th century.
With nearly 700 pieces of art on display, the Ranger’s House is practically a historical gallery of work by some of the finest artists and sculptures from generations past. It’s an elegant setting perfect for an elegant party.
What began as a dock for storing barreled rum and coffee has evolved to one of the most sought after party venues in East London. The area is also a daily tourist destination with weekly guided ghost tours. For those more interested in the realm of the living, the facility offers the ideal venue for both daytime and evening events. Smaller rooms are also available, each of which offers a stunning view of Canary Wharf. Much of the exterior has also been renovated to take on the cobbled and brickstone appearance of the city circa 1800s.
If you want your party to have the “it” factor, then you need to select a location with a sizable reputation. Party venues in South East London provide some of the best locations for an event that will always be remembered.
