We will take note of your requirements and when we’re confident that we understand what you want to achieve we’ll get straight to work on making it happen.
3. One proposal, one format
Different venues have different ways of quoting. Some will give you a per person package price including everything from a glass of bubbly on arrival to a 5-piece band to entertain your guests, some will quote a venue hire element with food & drink separately, and others will leave totting up the security & rubbish disposal all to you! Tell us how your budget is made up and we will send through a proposal to match that format, making venues comparable and your decision that little bit easier.
4. Insider knowledge
Our team love nothing more than scouting out the most exciting new event spaces the capital has to offer, so when it comes to recommending a venue we might be able to suggest a few venues you might not have heard of. Let us impress you and your guests with a venue with the wow factor.
5. We know people!
We benefit from relationships with a wide range of caterers, production companies and entertainment agencies. So we can help you every step of the way, recommending any services you may need to pull off your perfect event. We are happy for you to speak to any suggested specialists directly, but if you would like your Venueseeker Account Manager to look into any event services on your behalf then we’d be delighted to help.
6. We work to your deadlines (within reason!)

7. It won’t cost you a penny
We research venues, compile quotes, build proposals, talk you through the details, arrange viewings and negotiate the best rates all for free. How? If you book a venue we put forward the venue happily pays a commission to Venueseeker for introducing your business. So it’s a free service to you, the client.
8. If we can’t help, we know someone that can
Venueseeker has a sister venue finding company representing a number of different venues. So if we can’t help with what you need, chances are they can. We’ll put you touch with them directly.

We will always respond to your enquiry, even on the rare occasion that we aren’t able to help.
10. We’re London-based
With offices in Central London we are always on hand to accompany you to a last minute viewing or pop to your offices for a catch-up.
